Who We Are

Albanian Aeronautics Federation

NAC Albania (National Aero Club of Albania) is the official national organization that regulates and promotes air sports in Albania. As an active member of FAI (Fédération Aéronautique Internationale) — the world air sports federation — we represent Albania in the international arena.

Our federation oversees and coordinates the activities of all air sports, from paragliding and skydiving to aeromodelling and drones, providing safe standards and new opportunities for Albanian pilots.

We are committed to promoting sport aviation, pilot training and developing air sports as a national sport.

Our History

2006

FSHAIR Founded

The Albanian Aeronautics Federation was officially founded, becoming the national organization for air sports.

2010

FAI Membership

Albania becomes an official member of the Fédération Aéronautique Internationale, opening the path for Albanian athletes internationally.

2015

Expansion of Disciplines

FSHAIR expands its activities by adding new disciplines such as Aeromodelling and Drones.

2018

Harry Fultz Agreement

Memorandum of Cooperation signed between FSHAIR, AAC, the International Airport and Harry Fultz, opening professional aviation courses.

2022

New Elections

Renis Tershana re-elected President. Eduard Gega elected Vice President. Artion Vreto re-elected Secretary General.
